Online 5 Animal Qigong Classes
October 27, 2022
Take advantage of this unique and rare opportunity to learn the ancient art of Qigong.
5 Animal Qigong is the oldest known dynamic Medical Qigong system, created over 2000 years ago by Hua Tuo, who was one of the most famous Chinese Medicine doctors in history. This is a classical system that was passed down through a monk from China and not publicly taught. It is a dynamic Qigong form, in that not only are we utilizing various stances and movements, but it is also continuously walking. It is one of the most powerful forms I know both energetically and physically, providing a whole body-mind-spirit workout, improving body’s strength, mobility, balance and flexibility.
The five animals each have a different character and spirit which, when practiced together, will create a unique and balanced flow. The Tiger should be practiced as if untamed and powerful, while the Deer should be light and graceful. The Bear should feel heavy, solid and grounded, whereas the Monkey should feel agile and playful. Finally, when practicing the Crane, you should feel as if you are flying.
Each animal targets specific organ and Meridian Channels associated with that organ, promoting a powerful Qi flow to release any blockages and stagnation, as well as any negative emotions that are stored in our organs.
In this series I’ll teach you my favorite and most powerful forms from 5 Animal Qigong: Tiger Climbs the Mountaintop, Deer Slaps Its Legs, Monkey Turns to Look at the Moon, Bear Shakes off Its Paws and Crane Soars and Descends. In addition to that, you’ll learn Meridian Qigong sequence to open up your energy channels.
This complete system of Qigong, when practiced regularly, will help you develop grace, agility, strength, mind and body balance, and a lighter heart.
What is Qigong?
Developed over 5000 years ago, Qigong is an ancient system of movement and breath exercises that cultivates peak physical health and peace of mind. It is officially known in China as the science of human potential and development.
Qigong practice opens our innate ability to heal, reduces stress and helps us reach our maximum human potential. Regular practice helps increase muscle tone and flexibility, as well as cultivates a sense of free-flowing energy in the body and enhances our connection to nature.

My journey into the energy practices began long time ago. I think the awareness and some understanding of energy has been with me my entire life, leading me to where I have come already and where I’m going to still arrive. This has been a truly wonderful path, and one of the highlights of it was Qigong, an ancient Chinese practice that I have been learning, practicing and teaching since 2016. Qigong has brought many amazing things into my life and made some transformative changes. It lets me feel connection throughout my entire body, connection to myself and to the world around me; feel the energy flow and create this flow. Qigong is much more than just a physical movement, it is a spiritual practice that focuses on health and wellbeing and brings peace of mind. I’m very much looking forward to sharing this sacred knowledge with you during these classes.
