How it works

Tibetan singing bowls are struck in specific patterns and rhythms that create vibration at a specific frequency. Sound frequency impacts the sympathetic nervous system as your brain waves synchronize to the vibrations of the bowls. The vibrations stimulate the relaxation reflex and slow down breathing, heart rate and interrupt the pain reflex, which creates a deep sense of well being.

Sessions

Sessions last 45-60 minutes and the client remains fully clothed. Bowls are placed and played all around your body, head. Clients are asked to wear comfortable clothing,
