n the video above we covered that in order to make big changes we must address the most important part which is our mind. "It may seem strange but the mind is the starting point of all change." How Hypnosis works.

You mind has two parts--

1. The conscious mind                                                                                                                                                       2. Your unconscious/ subconscious mind

While the first one is the one we are more aware of, the latter is more important and powerful. Sort of like an iceberg-- we are much more aware of what is above the water but what is beneath the surface is so much bigger.

Our conscious mind is responsible for:

a. The thinking part of our brain/ decision making/ calculations                                                                                              b. Your short term memories                                                                                                                                              c. Will power

Your subconscious however handles

a. Your habits                                                                                                                                                                   b. Your emotions                                                                                                                                                               c. Your senses                                                                                                                                                                  d. Your beliefs                                                                                                                                                                  e. Your auto-pilot auto-pilot

Hypnosis is simply a focused state of attention which we use to to communicate with your subconscious mind. We all experience a form of hypnosis daily - just like we experience a form of excercise daily when we walk and carry shopping bags to the car.

Hypnotherapy is to your daily trance what a gym is to your daily walk with shopping bags. We concentrate natural things for a bigger result.

Why Hypnotherapy is powerful.

Sometimes our conscious mind (which makes decisions and has will power) wants one thing-- however our unconscious mind (which holds our habits, beliefs, memories and autopilot) may disagree.
